We occasionally have the opportunity to house rescue dogs and foster them until they find their perfect home. As with all our animals they can always come home to us again if their new adopters change their mind.
We typically use our own funds to pull animals from high risk kill pounds and adopt them outright. We work with the staff at the animal control office and help them manage dogs who are not presenting themselves well as adoptable animals in a pound environment.
We also now proudly rescue under the BTCA Bull Terrier Welfare Rescue Trust, who is composed of dedicated individuals who are fostering, and providing for our bullies in need. If you are interested in a rescue please contact me or visit the links page for the BTCA Rescue information.
I evaluate all foster dogs in my home and attempt to expose them to as many experiences as possible to find their limitations and comfort level.
All fosters are placed in the best home possible so that they never have to feel unwanted again!

Lulu - Available NOW
This sweet 2-3 year old Bull terrier female is an owner surrender. We don't know much about her background, but she has some basic manners and knows sit, down, come, kennel and wait. She needs to be the only dog in the home, because she is showing some dog aggression. I think with classes and a dedicated owner she might actually get over her aggressive tendencies. She will walk past other dogs on lead and is getting better about ignoring the other dogs in our household. She is great with kids and all people. She is only around 35lbs and has been a very easy keeper. No food or skin allergies and is NOT a destructive chewer. She will cuddle on the couch, play tug and wants to bond with her forever person.
